Bought this booking software from Wstacks on Codecanyon on 17 September. From then began my nightmare journeys to make it works. First surprise was on installation on my host’s server. After uploading database with all necessary credentials, folders and files, the application refuse to start. Got installation error! No help from Wstacks about this issue. I lost much time researching the internet for a solution and finally succeed, but not thanks to Wstacks, the author.

After successful installation on my host’s server and hoped that all would be running fine now, several php logic issues began to appear day after day. Contacted Wstacks for it. All they told is to give them access to Cpanel, which of course, I refused. Too much sensitive information there to give access to unknown people from Bangladesh. (yes, Websatcks is from Bangladesh).

After several support requests from their page on Codecanyon, I finally opt to get support to get a support ticket through their help desk. Even then, they continue to ask for Cpanel credentials, which, of course I continue to refuse. Instead, I register a new domain name, point it to a folder on my server which contains the booking script, create a ftp user for them and gave them access right to that folder only.

From then, support from them continued to be so unsatisfactory and they showed so much arrogances in their communication that I got out of myself and threatened them to publish all issues with this script on their product page at Codenanyon for other future purchasers to read and to be warned about.

It was then that they start to cooperate in a somewhat friendly way. As soon as they solved a problem with the script, another one appeared. It was as if, they did not well master their own codes.
